The Optimism mainnet of Ethereum will be launched in March. Can it solve the problem of high handling fees?

As the most active platform in the blockchain industry, the Ethereum network has always attracted the attention of many users and institutions. However, its daily congestion and high handling fees have made many DAPP developers and ordinary users miserable.

Therefore, many developers and blockchain researchers have begun to devote themselves to the research of bottom technology and improve the current state of the Ethereum network through various technical means. Regarding the technical reform of the Ethereum network, Layer 1 is the most well-known, which uses sharding technology to improve the block generation speed of Ethereum by modifying and optimizing the network consensus of the blockchain. However, the Ethereum network seems to have only a few minor improvements, and its increasing costs have been criticized by many users. With that, the plan for Layer 2 came into being.

It is reported that in March this year, the Ethereum Layer 2 expansion plan, Optimism mainnet plan will be launched mainly through the use of “rollups” to bind transactions with smart contracts on the Ethereum sidechain, and then spread to the mainnet.

In their opinion, the processing costs will be reduced, as well as their development costs or transaction costs. Coupled with the increase in the speed of Ethereum’s block production, it will bring more possibilities for their development and transactions in the future.

The NGK blockchain adopts distributed storage technology and chooses IPFS as the storage infrastructure, which can provide dynamic, fine-grained, and distributed support for the network storage, and better meet the needs of high-frequency commercial distribution networks. The DAPP developer can quickly develop DAPP on the NGK blockchain.

Lastly, the handling fee. The DPOSS consensus mechanism of the NGK blockchain can reduce gas energy consumption, thereby reducing the processing costs. If you are a DAPP developer, you can save development costs, and if you are an NGK user, you can save transaction costs.
